Marianna leads campus-wide initiatives to scale career development and improve access to high-impact and career-relevant work-integrated learning experiences for all students, in all majors and degree levels. The Center oversees career development, experiential education, student employment, corporate recruitment, diversity talent-pipeline programs, and alumni career services. Her book, A Good Job: Campus Employment as a High-Impact Practice, was released in March 2018. She co-authored a chapter in Advancing Talent Development: Steps Toward a T-Model Infused Undergraduate Education, released in January and is now working on a chapter for the next edition of the Handbook for Student Affairs Administration focused on high impact student employment.  She has also begun a two year term as president of the National Society for Experiential Education.

Urszula Zalewski oversees experiential education initiatives including successful implementation of internships, student employment initiatives and community outreach programs.  Ms. Zalewski brings her expertise in career development, employer relations, and assessment. She has an outstanding record of professional contributions to the field of student employment and career readiness initiatives.  She expertly builds strong collaborations among on campus and off campus stakeholders, and has expanded high impact practices leading to student success and has raised more than $1Million in grants to support capacity building in experiential education & community engagement. During  these uncertain times, she also focuses on remote experiences and provides support to employers in creating meaningful opportunities.
